Hello,
I'd like to start this post with saying that I am by no means fit! I'm quite over weight for someone of my age (14), however I've always eaten reasonably healthy but in recent months I've started to workout, however I always end up giving up once I begin to get tired. Being tired is your body's way of telling you "STOP!". I always give in. My brother says to me that I need to push myself and I always get very uptight and defensive about it.
Today I did a workout a little different to my normal stuff. I did Charlotte's (From Geordie shore) Workout DVD. I can tell why she lost her weight! It was so hard, and I felt that after round 4, I should give up... However I ended up making it through all through to round 12! I'm very proud but that's not what I wanted to say.
I want to say how good pushing yourself can make you feel, as soon as the work out was over I felt as if I could do more. It has also made me feel the need to organise my life, It was the perfect way to start the year. I hope the rest of the year can go like this, I wanted to document this so that during 2015 or any other stage of my life, when I feel things slipping I can come back and remember!
I hope you feel as inspired as I do.
